About Mine

Legal expertise with a modern vision

I am a lawyer at the Bucharest Bar with over 30 years of multidisciplinary experience in law, finance, technology and academia. Founder of Cabinet de Avocat Morait Sturgis Anda Monica, I provide sophisticated legal services in litigation, corporate law, insolvency, intellectual property and real estate.

I hold a degree in Law, a degree in Economic Sciences — Banking and Finance, and a PhD in Cybernetics and Economic Informatics from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. This academic foundation, combined with hands-on entrepreneurial experience, enables me to provide legal advice that is both rigorous and business-oriented.

În 2025 am finalizat un LL.M. în International Arbitration at the University of Bucharest, programme taught entirely in English — further consolidating my expertise in international commercial disputes.
